Kerry Lost Because He Remained Undefined

Kerry often charged that Bush went into Iraq without a plan to win the Peace. But Kerry never explained his plan to win the Peace. Everytime he made this charge, he actually slitted his own throat by not explaining how he would win the Peace.

No doubt this election hinged on the Ohio vote. With only 130,000 votes deciding Ohio, clearly Kerry could have won, had he only defined himself.

In the end, President Bush was re-elected because the people understood what he had to offer. Kerry lost because he couldn't explain himself.

  • Kerry did have a plan to win the Peace, it was to ask France and Germany to help. Clearly folks saw through that as cheap talk.

  • I think Kerry clearly defined himself. He clearly stated that he has very little conviction to accompany his liberal foundation. If the public was in favor of something, then, dang it, he was too. Never mind his pacifist voting record, if the public wants war, then he's for it.

Further, he defined himself as not above being a Monday morning quarterback on any issue.

Finally, he defined himself as believing that most of us are rich. Never mind that he lives a life of total wealth, anyone who has enough money to put a little in the bank is rich.
